‘กองกำลังบูรพา’แถลงแจงสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา พื้นที่บ้านหนองหญ้าแก้ว

กองกำลังบูรพาออกแถลงการณ์ ระบุว่า กองกำลังบูรพา ขอแถลงการณ์ดังต่อไปนี้

สืบเนื่องจากเหตุการณ์ล่าสุดตามแนวชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา กองกำลังบูรพาขอยืนยันว่า การปฏิบัติของกำลังพลฝ่ายไทยได้ดำเนินการโดยเคร่งครัดอยู่ภายในดินแดนแห่งอธิปไตยของประเทศไทย และเป็นไปตามกฎหมายไทยและหลักการระหว่างประเทศอย่างสมบูรณ์

กองกำลังบูรพาขอย้ำว่า:

มาตรการที่ได้ดำเนินการ รวมถึงการติดตั้งแนวป้องกันนั้น มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรักษาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติและคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยของประชาชนในพื้นที่เท่านั้น มิได้มีเจตนาใด ๆ ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงแนวเขตแดนหรือยกระดับความตึงเครียดให้รุนแรงขึ้น

กองกำลังบูรพาได้ปฏิบัติด้วยความอดกลั้นสูงสุด และรักษามาตรฐานความเป็นมืออาชีพ เพื่อป้องกันมิให้สถานการณ์บานปลาย พร้อมทั้งคงไว้ซึ่งบรรยากาศแห่งสันติภาพตามแนวชายแดน

กองกำลังบูรพายังคงประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับรัฐบาลไทย ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสระแก้ว และกลไกความร่วมมือทวิภาคีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาค (RBC) คณะกรรมการเขตแดนร่วม (JBC) และคณะกรรมการชายแดนทั่วไป (GBC) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยสันติวิธี

กองกำลังบูรพาขอเรียกร้องให้ทุกฝ่ายเคารพในข้อตกลงที่ได้กำหนดไว้ งดเว้นการกระทำที่ยั่วยุ และเปิดโอกาสให้กลไกที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาชายแดนที่ยังคงค้างคา
กองกำลังบูรพาขอยืนยันถึงความมุ่งมั่นอย่างแน่วแน่ในการปกป้องอธิปไตยของประเทศไทย ธำรงรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยตามแนวชายแดน และส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างประชาชนไทยและกัมพูชา ภายใต้เจตนารมณ์แห่งความเป็นน้ำหนึ่งใจเดียวกันของอาเซียน

Statement of the Burapha Task Force

The Burapha Task Force issues the following statement:
In response to the recent incident along the Thai–Cambodian border, the Burapha Task Force reaffirms that all actions taken by Thai military personnel have been carried out strictly within Thai sovereign territory and in accordance with national law and international principles.
The Task Force emphasizes that:
The measures implemented, including the installation of defensive barriers, are solely for the purpose of safeguarding national security and protecting local communities. They do not constitute any attempt to alter the boundary line or escalate tensions.
The Burapha Task Force has exercised maximum restraint and acted with professionalism to prevent the situation from worsening, while maintaining a peaceful environment along the border.
Coordination continues closely with the Royal Thai Government, provincial authorities of Sa Kaeo, and the relevant bilateral mechanisms, including the Regional Border Committee (RBC), Joint Border Committee (JBC), and General Border Committee (GBC), to resolve issues peacefully.
The Burapha Task Force urges all parties to respect established agreements, refrain from provocative actions, and allow the designated mechanisms to address outstanding border matters.
The Burapha Task Force reiterates its firm commitment to protecting Thailand’s sovereignty, upholding peace and order along the border, and promoting good relations between the people of Thailand and Cambodia in the spirit of ASEAN solidarity.
